Rehabilitation Counselors
Nicole Dupré | MSW, ABVE/D, CDMS
Mrs. Dupré has been in practice as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since 2007 and is the owner of Advanced Vocational Solutions, Inc. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is a diplomate member of the American Board of Vocational Experts and a Certified Disability Management Specialist. She’s an associate member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and served on the Washington IARP Board of Directors (2015-2017).
Mrs. Dupré works collaboratively with injured workers, employers, claim managers and members of the medical and legal communities to provide all phases of vocational services. In addition, she conducts forensic evaluations and provides expert witness testimony in Worker’s Compensation, personal injury, and civil litigation cases.
Mrs. Dupré has had the privilege of presenting on the topics of professional ethics, ethical dilemmas, and cultural diversity in counseling at professional conferences for the WA State Department of Labor and Industries, the WA Self-Insured Association, and the Oregon Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, as well as several social service and claims management organizations. She is proud to represent the interests and values of Eastern Washington with respect to the emerging vocational issues of the day.
Annabel Cobane | B.A., CDMS
Annabel Cobane has been working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since 2014 and is a supervisor and principal partner of Advanced Vocational Solutions, Inc. She is a Certified Disability Management Specialist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Society, Ethics & Human Behavior with a minor in Human Rights from the University of Washington. She’s also bilingual, which allows her to connect with the Spanish-speaking community to find the unique needs of many injured workers in Central/Eastern WA.
Mrs. Cobane has also had the privilege of presenting on professional ethics (2018) and vocational services after COVID-19 (2021) at the WA Self-Insured Association. She also presented on the benefits of on-the-job training at the Kiwanis Club of Yakima (2019) and was elected to serve as a Board Member at Large for the WA Chapter of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) for 2020-2022. She’s also recognized as a vocational expert by the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals.
Eloisa Flores | B.S., CDMS
Ms. Flores is a bilingual Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor who joined the field of Vocational Rehabilitation in 2017. Since then, Ms. Flores has become a Certified Disability Management Specialist, is a CASAS Certified Testing Administrator, and is an intern supervisor. Ms. Flores holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology from Central Washington University. Ms. Flores has experience working with H2A (temporary agricultural workers) injured workers who reside out-of-country, specifically in Mexico. Being raised in a predominantly agricultural area, Ms. Flores has the advantage of understanding the needs that agricultural workers face.
Brianna Carrillo | B.A.
Brianna Carrillo started working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in 2020. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Operations with a minor in Human Resources from Washington State University.

Julian Estrada | MSW, B.A.

Julian Estrada started as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in 2023. Julian holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelors in Sociology from The University of Washington. Julian is also a certified mental health professional in Washington state, has experience in hospital social work, and in crisis settings. Julian is a native Spanish speaker and can meet ‘la comunidad’ where they are while providing evidence-based counseling approaches.
